Dear Istanbul KENT University Students,

The 2022-2023 Academic Year Graduation Ceremony will be held on June 22, 2023, between 12:00 and 19:30, at HALIC CONGRESS CENTER.

Graduates of the 2022-2023 Academic Year will be able to attend the Graduation Ceremony.

• Robes, from the secretariats of the relevant faculties, institutes and vocational schools between 08:30-12:00 and 13:00-17:00 between 25.06.2023 – 2.06.22023; Caps will be available from the graduation area in Haliç Congress Center on 22.06.2023. Students who do not take their gowns within the specified date range will not be able to attend the graduation ceremony. No gowns will be distributed on weekends, public holidays, and ceremonial days.
• Robe and cap rental fee is 150 TL, the purchase price is 350 TL.
• Gowns and caps will be delivered upon submission of the bank receipt showing that 350.00 TL has been paid, the student ID card and the signed version of the gown delivery form.
• Return: Between June 23, 2023 and July 3 – July 13, the secretariats of the relevant faculties, institutes and vocational schools should be included.
• Gowns and caps will not be returned after the specified date range.
• After the robes and caps are delivered without any defects, 200 TL will be refunded to the IBAN number notified by the student within 15 working days from the delivery date.
• In order to take their place in the ceremony rehearsal our students must take their places in the hall at least 1 hour before the start of the ceremony and be in contact with the SKS Department.
• Guests should only sit in the places reserved for them and should not leave these seats during the ceremony.

**Robe and cap payments will only be accepted through the bank. Payment by credit card or in person will not be accepted.

**In the explanation part of the students who will make the payment, "Name-Surname, T.C. Identity Number and Robe Price” (For example, Gizem Özdağ 52678936472 Robe Price). Otherwise, Gowns and caps will not be delivered.
