It is the administrative unit that aims to meet the structural needs of academic and administrative staff, students and all stakeholders.
Preparation of the tender files for the general renovation, repair and construction works within the university, the scope of which is determined by the administration (exploration, quantity, technical specifications and other tender documents), making the tenders in partnership with the relevant units, inspecting the productions made by the contractor, and preparing the progress payments are the responsibilities of the unit.
