Information Acquisition Unit
In order to evaluate the applications in accordance with the Law No. 4982 on Information Acquisition, the Information Acquisition Unit was established at the following address within Istanbul Kent University. Applications to be made by mail or in person to this address should be made by completing in full the following forms, applications to be made by fax to 0212 244 53 68 fax number, applications to be made by e-mail to the email address of bilgilendirme@kent.edu.tr should likewise be made by completing in full the following forms.

Application for Information Acquisition
Applications must be made by filling out the forms presented below. Applications that are not made in accordance with the form or that are incomplete will not be approved.

Natural Persons-Legal Persons

Application to the Information Acquisition Evaluation Board
An applicant whose request to obtain information is rejected at bedk.adalet.gov.tr, may appeal to the Board within fifteen days of notification of the decision before applying to the judicial path. The objection is made in writing. The board shall make its decision on this matter within thirty working days.”
