Which scholarships can I benefit from during my education?
At our university; OSYM, YKS degree, Academic Success, Sports Success, Art of Excellence, Support, Disability Scholarship,
There are scholarships for Horizontal Transfer, Siblings and Spouses, the spouse or children of the martyr, and the veteran himself, his wife, and children.
Where and when do I have to apply for a scholarship?
The documents required for the scholarship application and all information about the application are announced on the website of our university under the title of online scholarship applications. Scholarship applications are received electronically. These scholarships cover 1 academic year and do not include summer school. If the need continues, the application must be repeated in the next academic year with up-to-date documents.
How many years is my scholarship valid?
ÖSYM Scholarship: It is valid for 2 academic years for the English Preparatory Program, 6 academic years for the faculty of dentistry, 5 academic years for undergraduate programs, and 3 academic years for associate degree programs.
Academic Achievement Scholarship: At the end of each academic year, academic achievement scholarships are given to students who meet the requirements, based on the academic status of the current year, valid for the next academic year.
Sports Success Scholarship: Sports success scholarship covers one academic year. Whether or not the scholarship will continue in the following years and its rate are decided by the Scholarship Commission, taking into account the student's continuation of the scholarship conditions and success. Scholarships are awarded for the following academic year if the necessary conditions are met.
Distinguished Art Scholarship: Distinguished Art Scholarship; It is given to students who have won the first place in national and international competitions in fine arts. For which branches of art and in what amount/rate the outstanding art scholarship will be awarded is determined by the proposal of the Scholarship Commission, the approval of the Rector's Office and the Board of Trustees.
Disability Scholarship: Scholarships at the level of disability are given to students whose disability period is not temporary. This scholarship continues throughout the education period.
Sibling and Spouse Scholarship: Each sibling and spouse studying at our university at the associate degree/undergraduate level receives a discount on the tuition fee they must pay. This discount rate is valid as long as students are studying at the same time. The said discount and information are written in the Scholarship Regulation on our website.

Support Scholarship: Scholarship Commission; At the beginning of each academic year, it can provide support scholarships by examining the financial situation of students who apply for scholarship. The scope and rate of the support scholarship is determined by the Board of Trustees before each academic year.
In which cases will my scholarship be cut off?
Your student; If he has received a disciplinary penalty or a criminal prosecution has been initiated, his scholarship will be terminated in the following semester.
If I transfer to the university, will my scholarship be terminated?
The conditions for the scholarships of students who transfer within the institution are determined by the scholarship commission and are announced before the application for lateral transfer starts.
An additional discount is applied to the ÖSYM scholarship rate of the quota, regardless of the order of preference, for the graduates of Istanbul Kent University School who are placed in Istanbul Kent University with the Vertical Transfer.
