Istanbul Kent University Human Resources Directorate continues its activities with the idea of creating and implementing a human resources management model based on merit and performance measurement adhering faithfully to the goal of revealing the high-quality employee profile needed.

Our primary goals are: to make human resources planning for the needs of continuously developping Istanbul Kent University, to employ qualified employees according to these plans, to create performance, wage and career management criteria; and naturally, to provide continuity to the training programs that will support all kinds of development of our employees.
