Professor Sherif Khalifa from California State University, Fullerton had a meeting with Professor Hasret Çomak, Dean of our Faculty of Economic, Administrative and Social Sciences, Professor Deniz Yükseker, Head of our Department of Political Science and Public Administration, and Emre Atsü, International Relations Representative of the Rectorate, in our Kağıthane Campus.

Dr. Khalifa, who is a world-renowned Professor of Economics, expressed his desire join our University for one year while on sabbatical leave from his home institution. In addition, prospects for bilateral academic cooperation between Istanbul Kent University and California State University, Fullerton were under discussion within the scope of this meeting.
