Prof. Dr. Ahu Tuğba Karabulut, Head of the Department of Economics and Finance (English) and Erasmus Department Coordinator at Istanbul Kent University, visited the Faculty of Economics at Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica, Slovakia, during the second week of November as part of the Erasmus program. During her visit, she engaged in academic discussions with Assoc. Prof. Luboš Elexa, Head of the Department of Corporate Economics and Management, and delivered a lecture on "Business Planning" in the Entrepreneurship course.

In the coming days, Prof. Dr. Karabulut will also deliver a lecture on "Leadership" in the Management course led by Assoc. Prof. Lenka Theodoulides. Additionally, she met with the Vice Dean of the Faculty of Economics, Assoc. Prof. Lukáš Smerek, to discuss potential avenues for strengthening collaboration between the two universities.

This visit marks a significant step toward Istanbul Kent University’s goal of expanding its international education and collaboration initiatives.
