An Inter-institutional cooperation agreement has been signed between İstanbul Kent University and Kazan State Medical University.

On October 1 2019 Tuesday; a member of the founders of our university who is also our former Prime Minister Mesut Yılmaz, our Chairwoman Berna Yılmaz, our Rector Prof. Dr. Zehra Neşe Kavak, and Assistant to the Board of Trustees Cristina Demirpaz from İstanbul Kent University have attended to the meeting between the two universities. Rector Prof. Aleksey Sozinov, and University Manager and Congressman Irek Salikhov have attended to the meeting representing Kazan State Medical University.

In the meeting; İstanbul Kent University Rector Prof. Dr. Zehra Neşe Kavak has conveyed information about the fundamental principles and fields of activities of our university. Kazan State Medical University Rector Prof. Aleksey Sozinov has stated the main achievements and directions of development of their university. The participants have evaluated subjects such as; education, clinical fields of activities, and other areas of developing cooperation.

Following the meeting, a “framework agreement” of inter-institutional cooperation has been signed between İstanbul Kent University and Kazan State Medical University. Several cooperations are aimed to be formed with this agreement. Our University Committee visited The Foreign Visitors History Museum, The Obstetric and Gynecology Simulation Center, The Pharmaceutical Institute, and The Dental Clinic Simulation Center following the meeting, and have made observations.

As part of their visit, our University Committee have joined The President of The Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnihanov at the Parliament Building. President Minnihanov has stated that this founded agreement between İstanbul Kent University and Kazan State Medical University will strenghten cooperations in the field of Education.
