A panel will be held in the framework of the 3 December International Day of Persons with Disabilities organized by the United Nations. Eight international specialists, including Prof. Dr. Dilara Özer, the Head of the Pedagogical Development Department, will participate in the panel with the topic of Adapted Physical Activity. The panel will discuss best practices, research and evidence regarding the role of adapted physical activity on the creation of an inclusive society, the way it activates the rights of persons with disabilities and contributes to the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
