Professor Herbert Reginbogin from the Catholic University of America will deliver a lecture entitled "Permanent Neutrality and Neutralization in the 21st Century New World Order" on Wednesday, November 2, 2022 at 10.00am at our Kağıthane Campus to the students of Political Science & Public Administration (Bachelor's degree in English) and Political Science & International Relations (Master's degree in English) in addition to all those with an interest in world politics.
