Dear Students,

Within the framework of the bilateral academic cooperation agreement signed between Istanbul Kent University and Heinrich-Heine-Universität Düsseldorf (HHU Düsseldorf), 10 students from the Departments of Business Administration and International Trade & Logistics will participate in a 10-day short-term student exchange program in Düsseldorf, Germany between 27 November - 7 December 2023. The selected students will be accompanied by an academic staff from the Faculty of Economic, Administrative and Social Sciences and Emre ATSÜ, International Relations Representative of the Rectorate. Students, who are pursuing either undergraduate or graduate studies in the above-mentioned fields, are eligible to submit an application to this program.

The exchange program will consist of lectures held on HHU Düsseldorf campus, touristic and company visits in Cologne and Mönchengladbach, as well as social activities to be conducted with the participation 10 HHU Düsseldorf students who are also part of this exchange program.

The first part of the program requires maximum participation in lectures, touristic and company visits as well as social activities to be organized in Istanbul for the 10 German students whom we will host at our University between 18-25 October.

This program is a fee-based event, and the price will be 1,500 Euros per person, including accommodation (bed + breakfast), flight ticket, visa, travel insurance, and international fee stamp expenses.

As the program will be conducted entirely in English, the participating students are expected to have a certain command of English.
