In accordance with the policies and the foundation purpose of our university, our primary goal in library services is to support the realization of research activities within and outside the university, and consequently to provide reliable and qualified scientific information resources. Our library offers  technologically advanced equipment and a rich collection of printed and electronic sources. Our resources cover all scientific branches, and are supported by administrative staff and specialist librarians in their field. Lastly, the library provides large, comfortable work areas where users can carry out scientific research activities.

OUR GOALS

  • To obtain and offer up-to-date collections of information sources, covering all types and formats, with a perfectionist and user-oriented service approach.
  • To conduct our work by taking advantage of all the innovations brought by technology and design, and the concept of "Library as a Third Place".
  • To create a learning environment that makes different users feel comfortable and secure.
  • To enable students to develop skills in discovering/obtaining and analyzing information in their academic progress by collaborating with academic staff.
  • To promote interdisciplinary cooperation in information generation.
  • Working with other institutions and libraries to ensure that the intellectual content of information sources is protected independently of the physical format.
  • To use new technology and methods to facilitate access to information sources.
  • To systematically collect data on user satisfaction for the continuous development of services, processes, programs and resources.
  • To ensure continuous improvement of library employees' skills in order to offer new services and resources to the user.
