OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY MASTER'S DEGREE PROGRAM (NON-THESIS)
Occupational Health and Safety Master's Degree Program aims to train skilled labour-force for the sector by offering training on subjects and obligations stipulated in the relevant legislation such as; analysis and determination of the risks in the workplace and avoiding them, fighting the risks in the source, design and equipment of workplaces to render the workplace suitable for employees, improving the mode of operation and production methods, changing the hazardous operations in the work environment with non-hazardous or less hazardous ones, developing a coherent and general policy covering the effects of technology, work organisation, working conditions, social relationships and relevant factors, prioritizing collective protective measures over individual protective measures, and creating workplace emergency plans.
